Best motherboard for overclocking

im building a new computer and i was wondering what motherboard has a good BIOs for overclocking along with other features. im not looking at any of the i7 or i5 cores being that they are all really expensive and not in my budget especially when the motherboard is another 200-500 dollars. im probably building a quad core computer possibly stock CPU speed with at least 3 ghz. also if anyone has any cpu suggestions those are welcome to.

p.s i was kind of surprised they don't have a motherboard section in the charts part of the website with the newest motherboards and good ones for gaming and such.
