What motherboards would make a good match with an i3-4160 for a budget office build?

I am building my first computer (yay!) for my parents who use it primarily for email, facebook and playing chess. I have decided on Intel's i3-4160 processor, and my next step is to determine a motherboard to pair it with.

I would like a smaller form factor that would allow me to pair it with a smaller case. Also Wifi capabilities out of the box. I was thinking an H97 chipset, but I'm not familiar with chipsets so I'm not sure.

Additional considerations:
SSD: planning on one 1TB HDD (so no RAID stuff)
Memory: 2x4GB (8GB total)
Graphics: no graphics card
Monitor: already own a VGA monitor, but OK with replacing it.

Thank you in advance!!

Ahh you didnt mention wifi was a necessity.
ASRock H97M-ITX/AC is a good cheap little mini itx motherboard with usb3 and good loooks.
Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI is another option but in my opinion it looks fairly bad but if that doesnt bother you its a nice board.
Why not use something like an a8-7600 for the processor , it has decent integrated graphics so it wont lagg when doing some things like using youtube and such and it it quite cheaper and the real life performance should be similar.

Anyway for the i3-4160 a good motherboard would be something like an ASRock H81M-HDS or a MSI H81M-P33

The reason I went with Intel is because I would like a little experience building an intel computer so I will be better prepared to build my own intel gaming rig. But thank you for the suggestion.

It doesn't look like either of those mobos have integrated wifi. Are there any sub-$100 mobos with integrated wifi?

I ended up selecting the ASRock H97M-ITX/ac mini-ITX motherboard.

Thank you gytisxp and ShodowR34per for your answers!!

I will update this if I don't end up using this board in my final build.
