Best mouse and mousepad for under 70$

Hello guys I have a budget of 70$ for a gaming mouse and mouse pad.I was looking into razer deathadder with steelseries qck and I mostly playfps games with sometimes rts games and stragety games.I don't want too many buttons and the games I play are these, bf4,cs go,total war series,company of heroes and call of duty.Help would be really apreciated

I like my Madcatz r.a.t. 5 so that's what I would reccomend. Mousepad looks solid.

No, not at all. Just dont find myself using the vertical scroll wheel at all, it's not in the way but there for those who like it I guess. Buttons on the left side of the mouse are perfectly placed IMHO.
