Best Nvidia gtx 1080ti for cooling and performance

My cooling configuration is:
• 1x240mm rad at the top of the case exhausting for CPU cooling
• 2x140mm fans at the front intaking
• 1x140mm fan at the back exhausting

I am planning to get a new gtx1080ti and want to know which one I should get. I am looking at the EVGA offerings especially at the ftw3 and the founders edition+the hybrid waterblock cooling system add on. Which of these do you think I should get? If I get the hybrid then I could connect the 120mm rad to the back instead of the 140mm exhaust fan however, the hybrid option will not have the same precise temperature sensors and cooling for power and memory unlike the ftw3.
Is there another model you think I should get instead of either of those like from asus, gigabyte, msi, etc? Please help, I want to find one offering the best cooling whilst still being reasonably quiet.

Water cooling is usually a bit quieter.

But the Twin Frozr coolers have for a long time been the best mix of cooling and quiet as well:

if going with evga may as well go with there better full ftw card and a hybrid cooler if needed [ I own a evga hybrid and my only mistake was buying the factory made card . should of bought the best compatible air card and add the hybrid kit to it ] hind site on that is 20/20

if the cooler fails then you just send the hybrid kit in under its own warrantee put your air cooler back on and keep your card . not the whole card and hope you don't get a referb back in its place

if you go seahawk be sure you get the new revised cooler they changed the cold plate on the 10 series

by the way, full ftw cards are not compatible with the hybrid cooler because the pcb board is changed for the ftw3 and sc2 so it will not work with the hybrid kit - I already asked EVGA. Only the SC black model (11G-P4-6393-KR) will work other than the FE
