Best option- SLI for Minecraft

Hello, I've been searching all over the web for the better solution- 2 GTX 760's, or 1 GTX 970- which one is better? (I will be playing Minecraft and recording at fullscreen.)

GTX 970 All the Way , not only it has more Vram which will be useful for lots of mods and textures but also it's a very capable card with small power consumption.

Always a stronger card is better than 2 weaker cards

if you have the choice to do a sli setup that equals the same as a more advanced card ALWAYS go for the better card over sli
