Hi. Wanna ask what is best overclockable cpu for money right now, that runs most aaa games smooth now, and few years ahead, good overclockable, stable and cool temps. It can be from new and used, nice, smart prices for cpu+mobo+ram.

Why count on overclock ? Trend is to make CPU boost high enough to make OC practically useless. Even highest OC would give you only couple of % better performance with contemporary CPUs

Best overclockable cpu for the money...
The Ryzen Core R9 9900KX. That's literally what you're asking for. The overclocking headroom is on the Intel side, 'for the money' goes to AMD.
Value isn't a thing with overclocking unlocked cpus - at least on Intel's end. The overclocking potential of AMD's Ryzen 3000 is next to non-existent.

Whatever the reason for the focus on overclocking, it's going to be an expensive one. It demands premium cooling and a premium motherboard.

Above true...buy non overclocked cpu that you can afford and use money left over to buy best GPU you can afford and keep system at 1920 by 1080 for now. Also invest in tower case for future upgrades.
