Best Overclocking Nforce 2 board

I need suggestions For a new Athlon XP board.

These are my picks
ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe NVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400

DFI NFII ULTRA INFINITY nForce2 Ultra 400 w/ IEEE/LAN/audio/SATA

ABIT AN7 nVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400

ABIT NF7-S nVIDIA nForce2

They are all similar in price, and need advice from people that own these boards.

i do plan to overclock a Mobile Athlon in one of these also.

The last is a good choice.

I run the asus (as you can see) and it works great for me. I even built a system for my friend with one and haven't heard of any problems.

2600+ 266 FSB
A7N8X-E Deluxe
768 DDR PC2700
ATI ALL-IN-WONDER 9800 PRO SERIES
Maxtor 120 gig 8MB cach 7200
Western Digital 60 gig 8MB cach
Liton DVDRW +/- 4xrw/8xr/16x

I'm currently running an Asus A7N8X deluxe board now. Rev 1.04
And its a decent overclocker. From further research though everyone is kinda pointing at the Abit board.

If the active cooling on the Abit northbridge really that loud?
