[SOLVED] Best pair for 8700k overclocked?

Hi all, I currently have a 8700k (OC to 4.7GHz) on a ROG STRIX Z370-E Mobo and a MSI Armor 11G OC 1080Ti. I’m wondering what the next step up graphics card wise. I have a 144hz monitor that I run it all and on games like GTA on max setting there are times where I have trouble maintaining 60. My question is what is the next step up? Thank you!
