Best parts for a low budget gaming PC build

So my birthday is coming up and my dad is letting me build a gaming PC as long as it is not to expensive. I would really appreciate some suggestions on some parts that are cheap but still have good performance. Specifically the graphics card, CPUs, Motherboard, case, etc. Thanks
