Solution
Intel Skylake build. Slightly over budget but good performance on medium settings @ 1080P.

Memory: Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($29.98 @ B&H)

Case: Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($34.99 @ Micro Center)

I know the pc master race folks will kill me for this but if $400 is your end all be all budget, then a ps4 or xbone would be the way to go. If you can wait and get up to say $600 you'd be in business.

I'd go with this for $400.

Keep in mind that all of the builds don't include a license of Windows which is about $100 on it's own. Or you can use Linux with Steam and play quite a few games on that.

You have 3 basic choices:

■You have all the peripherals (kb/m, monitor, etc), and are willing to pirate an OS. Then I would go with what others have recommended for a build. You can surf at your own leisure.
■You have nothing, only a few peripherals, or don't want to pirate an OS. You would be best off to buy a pre-made PC. I wouldn't recommend this for gaming
    ■Buy a console

At $400, your system will be outdated super quick, and not worth the investment since you will need to put in more money within the next 1.5-2 years (and that's being optimistic). My personal opinion is that you either save $600-$800 and get something decent for gaming, or buy a console.

me2 , however i would go with a 500w quality powersupply(this is quality psu alreayd but low wattage).
for IMMEDIANTLY NOW i would go with this but if u want to add in the future a more powerhungrry gpu, u gotta upgarde the psu too. sooo better add 20 dollars now immediantly.

sorry for my english yes for now its enough but i mean if he want a different gpu he needs anoter psu if the gpu si more hungry (like a gtx 970), or whatever comes out soon.

better add 20 dollars now (investment) than later a whole new psu get it?😛
