Best PC For Editing Videos

Hi! I recently asked a question pertaining to a pc in which gaming and video editing could be done at the same time. However, I was informed that I would be better off with just two separate pcs. Is there an affordable pc build (i.e. <$2000) that can do video editing primarily, while playing low fps games like cs go on the side. My main purpose for the pc is elgato recordings and cod montage editing. Also streaming. I here that 32 gigs of ram is fantastic, which I'd be willing to go a few hundred over 2k if I could get something better. Thanks.

I'd go for at least a 4th generation i5, or better yet a 4th gen i7 should do the job and at least 16GB of ram.
