Hi guys. I LOVE playing with my xbox360 and xbox one. And play on my 55" plasma tv. Okay well pc has way more powerfull hardware, BUT usually the pc is connected to a pc-monitor. I am connected atm to a 24" BenQ monitor, and its really good.

But I wanna go and play on my tv. And of course I can connect to it through hdmi, thats the easy solution. But its not going to be as good as looking at my xbox one to my tv. Although its the same connection, the output is different. Consoles are meant to be played on tv´s, and the output is made to be displayed on tv´s. Okay so is it possible to get the same quality with a windows-pc?
I am thinking about nvidia shield, but its connected from the pc to the shield with a ethernetcable. Thats not what im looking for.
Im looking for a solution that can output on the tv, so that it will look the same as consoles, if that is possible, to take advantage of the more powerfull hardware I can buy for my pc.

Solution
HDMI should look just as good as your Xbone, if not better. PCs aren't MEANT to be viewed on anything in particular. They're versatile. I hook up my PC to my TV to watch videos all the time.

Just make sure you choose the right resolution when you switch to your TV.
