Hi guys, so i have 2 PCS and i tested both in the CSGO FPS Benchmark test multiple times each. Why is my streaming pc doing better while my gaming pc should be doing way better?(considering RAM and 2080 super). Both PCS have just been formatted so they´re in a similar state.

Gaming PC:
Test1: 393 FPS - Test2: 402FPS

2080 SUPER
I7 8700k 4.7ghz
2x8GB gskill tridenz RAM (3600mhz)
asus ROG Maximus X Hero MOTHER
1tb SSD

STREAMING PC:
Test1: 445 FPS - Test2: 454 FPS

ASUS ROG STRIX 1080ti
i7 9700k 4.9ghz(4.7 in benchmark)
2500mhz 2X8 GB RAM
Gigabyte MOTHERBOARD
1tb SSD

Solution
CS:GO is very much directly related to CPU performance. 9700k has 8 full cores at a high clock speed. 8700k only has 6 full cores, hyperthreading doesn't make much of a difference.
Just did 2 more tests with the latest drivers:

Gaming PC: GPU 1950MHZ - RAM 3600MHZ - CPU 3.7 GHZ

386FPS

Streaming PC: FPU 1873 MHZ - RAM 2250 MHZ - CPU 3.6 GHZ

456FPS

How can this be happening?

Have you verified the RAM is actually operating at 3600mhz in dual channel mode?
how do i do that

So do you guys say that i should swap the i7 9700k to my gaming PC and use the 8700k for streaming?

The thing is... I´ve been watching csgo comparisons between the 2 CPUs and they don´t seem to make such a huge difference(like 10FPS). But i have seen that RAM speeds make a HUGE difference, so something must be wrong to be getting such worse performance having way faster RAM.

Download and run Cpu-Z: https://www.cpuid.com/
Click on the Memory tab, check Channel # and Dram Frequency - remember DDR is x2.
Its dual and running at 3200. I swapped the GPUs and in the gaming PC i get around 400FPS while on the streaming PC i get 460. I think i´m going to swap the CPUs since 8700k is better for streaming and 9700k is better for gaming from what i read.
