Best phantom power solution for mic?

So i'm looking to get a better mic for my YT videos (better than my headset, which could be pretty much anything), and I came across this one.
From reviews, it sounds really good for the price, and it would be perfectly fine for my videos.

People are saying, however, that it requires phantom power, and I'm not sure of the best way to supply that.
I don't know if my motherboard can supply power itself (Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P), so I think I'll need an adapter.
I've read that AUX (or, I think this is AUX, but correct me if I'm wrong) to USB connectors will work, but I'm wondering if that would reduce the quality, or increase the latency.
A soundboard is an option, but I don't want to spend too much (hence the budget mic.)

Or, alternatively, a USB mic of the same quality would be perfect, but I haven't found one as of yet.

So, what would be my best option here? I'm new to "audio" (going beyond yelling into my headset, and editing with audacity, anyway), so product recommendations would be great!
Thank you!

This mic is an XLR mic that uses an XLR to 3.5 cable. With the 3.5 it doesn't get enough power. I would recommend the blue icicle. It converts an XLR mic to usb, just plug the usb into your PC. I have the Blue Snowball iCE USB mic. It is comparable, if not slightly better. I got it for 40 CAD (28 USD) on an Amazon flash sale.
