Best place to buy water cooling kit (In canada)

Looking to start water cooling (yes i know just air cool its not worth it) well I am going to go ahead and do it anyway.
Economy as most of you know is awful in canada right now so hopefully i can find somewhere to buy either a kit or individual parts around $300-$400 on the high end

HAS TO BE IN CANADIAN DOLLAR

Also any tips or recommendations are appreciated

I'd begin at NCIX and work from a kit (I haven't been able to source individual parts cheaper than a kit). My current "go-to" kit is the XSPC Raystorm D5 Photon RX360 but the kit you choose is really up to you
