Best place to sell?

I am in need of a quick(ish) buck and I have a 1060 that I'd like to sell. But as I am your average teenager I can't really sell it without my parents getting involved. They are extremely paranoid about craigslist but are willing to use it when all else fails. Point is, does anyone know where I can sell it for a good price and not one of those stupid websites that gives about 1/5 of what it is really worth?

Go online to Craigslist, E-bay, and other similar websites.

Find out the general price range for 1060's being sold.

You may or may not be able to get more than the 1/5 pricing being offered.

The overall idea being to decide if the effort is worth the $.

Last time I checked my price was very reasonable but I've posted on r/hardwareswap and again you know the issue with craigslist

r/hardwareswap is no different than craigslist, or even fleabay.
Literally, it's just some dude.

For a craigslist sale, see if your local police dept has a designated place for sales. Mine does, in their parking lot.

Yeah there is always people that say that. I've gotten so many interested people none of which have actually pulled through so I'm just giving up at this point.

I just bought a GPU of that approx level for my grandkids system. Installed it 2 days ago.

Makes no difference now, but, yes, I might have.
