Best portable dac/amp under $150

I have a pair of Beyerdynamic DT990's (250ohm version) coming and would like suggestions on a portable dac/amp to bring out their 250ohm potential. Iv'e been told the Modi+Mangi combo to be best but would like something more portable, all in one feel. I play a lot of FPS and MMO games as well as listen to plenty of music of all genre. Any suggestions would be nice, thanks!
