Better indeed, also the 580 is stronger card compared to the 1060. The only thing to add, according to some article that tested a bunch of B450's the Asus and Gigabyte were a bit disapointing on the VRMs, the MSI and Asrock models had better results.
 
I wouldn't go with the 2600X because you will get more use out of the larger SSD than you would out of the extra MHz. Review sites will tell you that since they have used SSDs for their testing, the testing has been more consistent and overall higher scores. Therefore a 120GB SSD doesn't do anything other than act as a Windows boot device. Going for the 500GB you can install not just Windows but several games on it as well.
