Best possible build for ~$300?

Hi guys, I am turning 16 in 8 days, and I was wondering what the BEST possible build I can get is.

Yes, I know it isn't a lot of money for a computer, and I like to game, but I do not play intense games. Most of the time I am playing things like minecraft or terraria.

So I was wondering what the best possible build I can get is. Please don't make it total to be more than like $310. And I know a lot of threads like this are out there, but I wanted to make my own so it is recent and updated to new prices.

Here's what I could come up with. Goes over by 15, and ideally you should throw in other parts like a better CPU fan (if you use it for longer sessions at a time) and a lower end video card (so that it doesn't eat up system ram)

You could cut off that 15 probably by making it 4 GB of RAM. I included that to leave plenty of headroom for programs and iGPU.
