Your probably have enough with this:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QRFxhg
Change notes:
  • "Downgraded" cooler as the NH-D15 is enough too cool that chip. Great cooler though.
  • Upgraded ram to 3600MHz CL18
  • Picked up a board with same vrm quality and cheaper
  • Upgraded psu
  • Upgraded ssd to pci 4.0
  • Downgraded case, no need to go that expensive
Currently building a pc for looks, see later

Edit:
here it is

Change notes:
  • "Downgraded" AIO. More than enough for this chip, better looks
  • Upgraded ram to 3600MHz CL18
  • Picked up a board with same vrm quality and cheaper
  • Upgraded psu
  • Upgraded ssd to pci 4.0
  • Upgraded case
Note there is no gpu. Must get the...
the 2080TI is obsolete, the better card would be RTX3080 or RTX3090 this year and maybe better cards next year.
New CPUs from AMD will be released shortly so the chosen one should be obsolete next year as well.

4 RAM sticks won´t be the optimum since there is no quad channel on X570 chipset boards, only dual channel. Would get 2x32GB if it´s the same price then.
