Question Best prebuilt gaming PC for under $1000 since I don't know how to build a PC and I don't want to have to buy Windows ?

Prebuilts will always come with cheap quality parts for max profit. Building a PC is easy and you get the best quality parts in your budget which not only lasts longer but gives you best performance. Watch some videos and read some guides but if you are still unsure, get the parts and get it built by a professional for a basic fee...

Well, your problem is @ 1000$, because a video card like the RTX-2060 right now is going to cost you 400$, you could get a base model with an RTX 1660 but that cared like the 2070 model are over a 1000$ alone... so I am suggesting this configuration, hope you can find something of the like pre-build, but knowing what prices are and what you can get from it is a tool you should have when deciding to "deal" with pre-built companies.
