[SOLVED] Best prebuilt gaming PC for under $1000 since I don't know how to build a PC and I don't want to have to buy Windows ?

Well, your problem is @ 1000$, because a video card like the RTX-2060 right now is going to cost you 400$, you could get a base model with an RTX 1660 but that cared like the 2070 model are over a 1000$ alone... so I am suggesting this configuration, hope you can find something of the like pre-build, but knowing what prices are and what you can get from it is a tool you should have when deciding to "deal" with pre-built companies.
