Best processor for old lenovo motherboard

Hi I know this is an obsolete motherboard. Intel g31 chipset Lenovo 3000 h210 motherboard (from crucial scanner) with LGA 775 socket T fsb 1066 mt/s. Does anyone remember what was the best processor for this motherboard?

Over at the Lenovo website all I found was a bunch of horror stories about CPU's not working due to BIOS incompatibility and a dead link to the Hardware Maintenance Manual. Truly horrible support from Lenovo.

Okay, can you look at the mobo just above the RAM slots, does it say G31T-LM2 V1.0? See pictures in the links for an example of what I mean.
