Best PSU and motherboard for around $400?

Well, I got some money for graduation and I need new computer parts. I am looking for around a 750 to 800 watt PSU that is Platinum rated. I will go for Gold rated only if it is within a few percent of being Platinum. I am also looking for a motherboard that is good for overclocking and has dual PCI-E x16 slots for when I use SLI. A USB 3.0 header is also a plus. I can go a little over $400 but I want to keep it around $400 because I am impatient and want to get 1 day shipping which usually costs a lot.

I was thinking that I would use two GTX 760s but I might just upgrade to a better one in the future so SLI is not THAT important right now. I would still like two x16 ports on the motherboard just in case.

Thanks. I ordered the 1000W EVGA PSU but I got the ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z instead of the PRO one. It was a lot more expensive but worth it.

Well the Formula seemed to have better specs and capability for faster RAM, etc. I just think it's better for me.
