best psu for 80$

i've got a question for my future PSU

my spec is
i7 4790k
gigabyte z97 gaming 3
8gb ram
msi gtx 970
1 tb hdd
120 gb ssd

I'm planning to go with a modular ±650W psu..
My choice is :
1. LEPA MX F1 650W
2. LEPA NAXN 82+ 650W
3. Fractal Newton 650W
4. Seasonic M12II EVO 620W (if im lucky to find one)

Do you got another options for me?? thanks in advance

For Notes :
in the future, maybe... just maybe.. i want to add another GPU for SLI (unlikely to happen but i want to keep that as option) - Will 650W enough?? (checking from pcpartpicker- with 2GPU its only take around 450W) just

you'll want a minimum of 750 watts(good quality unit) for SLI. try to see what price evga's supernova PSU's are

My bad missed the possible SLI.

You need 700w to 750w to SLI 970'S , get the Antec TP IT'S VERY GOOD and Haswell compatible.
