Hello guys i want to ask for advice, what psu do you recommend?

first option

cx650m SKU CP-9020221-NA (the price in amazon is 70usd) but in stores in my country it is in 40usd i don't know why so cheap.

second option
rm650x or rm550x SKU CP-9020177-AR (Price a little more expensive, but is it worth?)

rx 6600 gigabyte 3 fans (not overclock)

Yes, the RMx is worth it. It's a really good PSU, that you can transfer from build to build. It has a 7 year warranty, and is made with quality parts.

Although the CXM isn't great it's not too bad either. But the RMx is the right choice. Edit: Although I note on Corsair's website that it's extended to 10 years for the RMx model. Sweet

You should probably confirm your choice will fit in your case, whatever it is.

You are probably OK, but some cases are cranky about PSU size.
