hi , you can go with that 430 seasonic or the XFX 500W one. It`s your choice now.

For that you ideally want something 500w or over and gold certified is really nice. EVGA and corsair make some excellent options. Do not cheap out on the power supply.

400W is enough for your build. The XFX 450W PSU Pro Series ( S12II platform) is really nice.

Why you would get a low-end Zalman PSU if you could get a nice XFX 450W PSU Pro Series?

The Seasonic and the 450 Watt XFX are the only 2 good quality power supplies you have listed only buy one of them.
Not the XFX 500 xt their low quality.
The store is trying to sell you what they make the most monry on and their not your friends.

Get the XFX 450W PSU Pro Series Core Edition or the SEASONIC.

XT series is junk is made by Shenzhen Rui Sheng Yuan Technology.

XFX TS is actually based on a different platform = ST , not nearly as good as the 450w.

Better platform with the 450W , the 430W is on a lower platform , the $8.00 is a good investment in a quality power supply.

The I3 6100 + RX-470 setup will run just fine w/ a XFX 450W CoreEdition.

(By the way the RX-470 4GB really is a good idea for 1080p gaming)
