Best R9 280X Brand?

Basically, i'm looking for a graphics card for a PC i'm building. I think i will get a r9 280x but i'm not sure what is the best "variant" of it. I don't mind what colour, i'm just looking for solid performance and reasonable cooling.
Any comments are appreciated!

For AMD cards I am a big fan of Sapphire cards. Something like this would be good:

Defiantly Sapphire, they makes the best coolers out there for the r9 series.

Gigabyte has good coolers, however most of the r9 280Xes I see have lots of 3 star and 1 star reviews on newegg.
