what are the best fans i could use to cool it?

i inderstand you want to look for static pressure fans?
have looked at stuff by noctua and corsair.
what is the best one and cant go higher than £20 per fan

Corsair H100i looks good.
Cooler Master Seidon 120 V is also good. Cheaper, too. And very quiet.

no reason, just have space in my budget and i was wondering what is the best fan upgrade?
