Hello everyone , so i was wondering which is the best ram for my pc ?
Specs are :
i5-3570 3.4Ghz
GA-Z77 D3H Motherboard
Cooler Master 212x CPU Cooler
AMD Sapphire HD 7870XT with boost @1000mhz
600 Watts Seasonic PSU

and here are the RAM cards :

G.skill RipjawsX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2133 CL9 1.6v Dual Channel Memory Kit

G.SKILL Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2666 CL11 V1.65 + AIRFLOW Fan

G.skill RipjawsX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1866 CL9 1.5v Dual Channel Memory Kit

but its important that you know i will only use one card ( 8GB ) , as i will share the other piece of ram with my brother . Please state which one is better for my system for video editing and MAINLY gaming and why you chose it

Solution
I would recomment G.skill Ripjaws cause they have the best quality/price factor right now in my opinion. Also you should pick the 1.5V ones because systems tend to be more stable with 1.5V ram. Also I see you haven't OCed your GPU so going above 1600mhz is not worth it. If you plan to OC then you go above 1600mhz. Also 4x4 GB is better cause dual channel ( 2x4 GB for you , 2x4GB for your brother ) tends to be a better for video editing. Gaming-wise dual channel vs single channel differences are insignificant and you won't notice them.

So I recomment G.skill Ripjaws 4x4 GB 1.5V 1600mhz .
For your situation, I'd recommend a lower speed RAM, unless you're comfortable with using XMP or overclocking to achieve the RAM freq rated. I'd also recommend you look into getting 4x4GB, you'll get much better bandwidth if you use your RAM in dual channel. Don't worry too much about RAM timings, they only make a difference in nanoseconds.

Solution
well thank you everyone it seems i will buy 4x4 , but i am obliged to buy ram at the moment because in egypt ( where i live ) the prices haven't risen yet so i am in a hurry . but i saw a post today about a 20fps difference between 2400mhz ram and 1600mhz , thats a lot of fps there , so what stock speed do you think i should get ? 1866mhz , 1600mhz etc. for my specs and i was thinking of g.skill and kingston but haven't considered corsair

Speed above 1600mhz with OCed i5-3570 won't be noticable I think anyone can vouch for this :) . The post you saw problably talked about an OCed (overclocked) CPU. If you are indeed planning to overclock 1600mhz -2400mhz has difference . But to be honest I don't think it will affect FPS that must , cause Ram plays an important role in gaming but not that important as Graphics Card or CPU.

Whoever attributed 20 fps to RAM speeds was doing something wrong, faster RAM will speed up your computer, but not that noticeably, if you don't want to overclock stick to a maximum speed of 1600, otherwise you're wasting money.

+10 $ for near 0% better perfomance is not a good deal for my standarts 😀 . But maybe you want to have the choice in a future overclock I don't know. Either the case good luck with your buy.
