k couple questions, for this motherboard set would I need to get paired ram, also am I really going to see a big performance difference between PC4000 ram, and lets say PC3500 ram?

It's not required but if the cost of the pair is nearly identical to the cost of two individual memory modules of the same model, then choose the pair.
also am I really going to see a big performance difference between PC4000 ram, and lets say PC3500 ram?
The benefit of PC4000 ram would not be realized unless you're overclocking with a 1:1 FSB😀RAM ratio. Else, get PC3200 or PC3500.

Tell wusy who recommended your board to you, and why. Then tell him other reasons you like it. Finally drill home the point that this board now cost $98 at Newegg.

In another post you told a clueless person they only really had two options, and listed two boards. With so many great boards on the market, telling a person they have only two options is very narrow minded.
