Best replacement PSU AC power cable?

I am asking this question here because I want a reliable PSU power cable, and theres a bunch of them I found, but the reviews are usually questionable such as "brittle" "flimsy" or "began to burn". So I am asking which is the best PSU cable that could handle a 450W PSU?

14 Ga (15 Amps, 110 VAC) will handle up to 1500 watts with no problems.
