im gonna build new pc and im gonna get RTX 2080 TI for it but i wanna know which is the Most high end of them all, the best and fastest if there is like maybe some other brand that i would not know of

i was thinking of getting this one ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 2080TI Overclocked 11G GDDR6 but if their is even better one which would that be?

EVGA hands down.

ASUS hardware is good but their support is terrible. EVGA is considered one of the top for both their quality of hardware, their cooling and there warranty/support at least in the US.
