Best settings OBS?

Hey guys im struggling with OBS's settings, trying to get the best quality i can.. Using an i5 6500 cpu and a r9 380 gpu, having trouble getting the right settings, when i use x264 the recording is really choppy, and when i use quicksync its fine but bad quality.. I want good looking 1080 60fps, or 720 60fps. can anyone help!

Hello,
That is a decent PC for streaming, what is your internet speed? You need to have pretty fast internet in order to stream. Upload speed is what you are looking for. Otherwise, there are a lot of tutorials on youtube that tell you how to optimize OBS for your PC.
