Best Skyrim Graphic Set Up?

Hello! Just got a new gaming PC and was wondering what the best graphic mod set up for one of my new favorite games, Skyrim. Anything thing from the biggest mods to ones that change resolution of bark, thanks! Side note: I have done very limited research and my favorite ENB is Project ENB, so if the list had that plus tons of mods that change small things that would be great.
