Best small cpu cooler?

I need a cpu cooler that is not stock. I want to OC my AMD 8350 but I need a new cooler. The limiting factor is space. I would go with a water cooling system but my case doesn't have enough room, and as I am about to go to college I don't have the money to buy a new case and water cooling system. My case is a Raidmax Smilidon. My specs are
CPU- AMD 8350 8 core
GPU- Sapphire Radeon hd 7950 VaporX
PSU- Rosewill 1000w
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 8GB
HDD- 1TB internal, 250GB internal, 1TB external.
MONITORS- 3 LG Flatron 24"
Keyboard- logitech G510
Mouse- Logitech G9x laser
MOBO- Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
Or if anybody can give me advice on a water cooling system in my case that would be amazing too.
