Best small form factor gpu?

Hi could someone who has more idea than me advise me the best value for £ small form factor gpu? No longer than 260mm.

I own a 6500 cup and sfx 600 psu.

I'd prefer at least 6gb memory, so far the best I've come across is Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+ but not sure if I should pull the trigger as I'm not up to date with gpu market.

The 480 is a great choice. You also have the GTX 1060 6GB for around the same price usually a bit more expensive. I linked a couple small 1060s below.

Out of the two 1060s? Probably the EVGA card, but the zotac is a bit cheaper. If you are asking RX 480 vs GTX 1060 that's much harder to answer, they both have their merits. I would need to know the games you plan to play or whatever else you want to do with the GPU before I can answer that. And even then I will probably still end by saying something like "they are both great cards and you cant go wrong with either" or something along those lines.
