She wants a pair that if you're wearing them you dont hear things around you or hear them as little as posible. So guys lets hit the internet and find the best pair so she will love the present on christmas morning.
some things to note when looking for the headphones:
-must ship to EU
-higher price then 250€ not recomended
-must be wirelles bluetooth
-must be found quick so it can arrive before christmas
-must be comfy
-try to find retailers from slovenia ( where we at )

Should be fairly straightforward to verify if her phone supports Bluetooth.

As for the work computer - may be another matter: desktop or laptop? If Windows 7 likely to be an older computer sans any built-in Bluetooth support. If built in Bluetooth the computer may have Bluetooth disabled for security reasons.

A Bluetooth adapter might be viable but may likewise be prevented by disabled USB ports and/or limited user rights to install any drivers or related software.

Overall, I recommend that you visit retailers, other family members, and friends to look at and try out as many headphones as you can.

You have some specific requirements which is good. However "comfy" and "sound cancelling" are more subjective.

Cannot attest to "arrive before Christmas". Sellers will make all sorts of promises just to get a sale.... Fine print in the purchase process frees them of any liabilities or responsibilities for delayed delivery. Which is, in some ways, out of their control.

Go online and read the User Manuals/Guides for any headphone set you are interested in. Visit the manufacturer's website. Read the FAQs and Forums therein - if any.

Search for and read both professional and end user reviews.

Also:

What audio source will she be using?

Reason for the question is because Windows 10 (Creator's Update) has some wireless Bluetooth issues. Some Bluetooth adapters do not work.
