I built a new PC around last October:

Motherboard: Asus Strix Z690-E
CPU: i7-13700K
GPU: RTX 2070
RAM: 2 x 16GB DDR5
Storage: 2TB WD SN850X M.2 NVMe SSD
PSU: 850W

These were all put into a build and I re-used my RTX 2070.

When I first started using the PC games ran smoothly, no issues whatsoever, I could run high settings ranging from 100-144 frames maybe more. After I got a new monitor which bumped up from 1080p to 1440p I didn’t see any issue other than frames. Then BO6 came out and the game would crash, I didn’t have the best frames but it was playable. Then I tried fixing it, drivers were updated, overclocked slightly, I’ve gone through many solutions that didn’t work. Now I've reinstalled Windows, multiple games keep crashing, yet the frames are actually good but midway it crashes. It would crash in an instant or after a couple minutes to a couple games. I need help.

I know from experience that BO6 wouldn't load and hangs when cpu was overclocked. Try no overclocking at all e.g. ram, gpu, cpu. Set BO6 and other game textures on medium, (not low). Set nvidia 3D settings in the nvidia control panel to performance or high performance. See if that does anything to fix it.

What version of windows is it....24H2 ??

yeah, i removed the overclock as well, it hasnt worked. I'm using Windows 10 22H2.
I'm going to try the 3D settings. Also, I've uninstalled BO6 and testing it instead on other games now that keep crashing such as Fort and Rivals and many other single player games.

Update, so I’ve noticed that my dedicated gpu memory is 8.0gb but it says my gpu memory alone is 23.9. Was running cs2 and the game began crashing insanely fast. Not entirely sure if this could be the case.
