Best SSD cleaning software

I just built my gaming pc a few months ago and did something I have never done before. I put in an SSD. It is only a 120 gig but I only have the OS installed to it and a few other little programs, everything else is on my 2T HDD. But I have a problem, I have noticed the SSD gradually filling up in space, When I built it only about 1/4 of the SSD was filled and no a little more the 1/2 is filled. I need help finding a good SSD cleaning program to clean it of unnecessary files and I do not know which program to use or what is trustworthy, so here I am.

I used Treesize once, and discovered that FRAPS had been using up GBs space on my OS SSD by recording ingame footage after I forgot the record hotkey was set to F12. Most of the footage was of me tweaking graphics menus and setting keybinds. lol

If you online and downloading any software you must change where it gos because c: is your main drive I suspect this is the issue because I have been using a 120 drive for 2 yrs now and it hasn't filled up past half yet .. So be careful where you download stuff to and install stuff to example if you other drive is names d: then download stuff/install to there not c:

I do, I have everything set to download and whatever to my HDD I looked into that before I built my rig
