Best SSD for Mid 2009 Macbook Pro

Hi All,

I have a Mid 2009 17'' MBP. I am trying to find the best 240/256GB SSD for it. I know the SATA controller on the mid-2009 MBP is SATA II with 3.0 GB/s. I have few questions.

1. I was considering the Samsung 830 256GB but now that I know it is a faster SATA III drive that the MBP won't be able to fully utilize, should I consider a SATA II drive or am I just better off buying the newer drive?
2. If I should consider SATA II drives, what are some good options available for a SATA II in 240/256GB capacity?

Thoughts? Suggestions?
