Best steam download speed

Where should i download from? I live in Florida and top out at 1.4MB/s at the Miami server where else should i try.

Most servers have the same DL rate, its more of a matter of distance.
Im downloading from San Jose, and I only manage 600KBps. ISPs are usually the limiting factor.
