[SOLVED] Best Streaming Settings

Hello all! My name is David and I have a question. I want to know what settings for OBS Studio would be best for my PC/Internet for streaming PUBG. I do not have a dedicated streaming PC so I will be streaming and playing on the same PC. I want to stream at least 720P 30FPS (60FPS preferred). Any help is appreciated. (side note, I am directly connected to the internet via an ethernet cord.)

My Internet Speeds:
Ping (ms) - 16
Download - 34.04 mbps
Upload - 2.36 mbps

It's hard to say but I think PUBG relies in the CPU and yours is a bit weak, and your internet upload speed is very, very bad. I even think that you haven't bandwidth enough for 720p/30fps.
