Best survival game on Steam?

Hi, I have played over 800+ hours of DayZ Standalone and 900+ hours of Arma 3/Exile. I need a new survival game. I play a various amount of games and I have $42 in my steam account. I want to get a survival game that I can enjoy for hours on end other than Rust. I have taken rust into consideration and I have just said no to it. I do not want anyone to ask why but I am just deciding not to get it.

The Forest / H1Z1 are some pretty nice survival games.
Maybe also the new Stranded.

Not interested in the forest or H1Z1, H1Z1 especially because it will be free on the official release. (Which may never happen) And Stranded is a 2D game, i should have mentioned that I am not interested in a 2D. Sorry.

Highly doubt that H1Z1 will be free on release. It would be pretty nonsense.
And no, I'm talking about the new Stranded like i said. Think it's called Stranded Deep or something like that. Normal 3D survival.

H1Z1 will NOT be free on launch. It will be free for those who bought it already (maybe), but not free for everyone.
