Best System Monitoring Programs?

I am looking for something that will allow me to see:

Motherboard information: Temps, Voltages, Fan speed

CPU: % Usage, Temperature per core, Power Usage

RAM: % Usage

GPU: Temp, % Usage, Power Usage, Fan speed

Network Performance:

HW Monitor by CPUID shows a lot of that but not everything. and It doesn't show a historical graph.
I can't find a skin for Rain meter that can do all that.

Surely someone has made a simple program that can display all this information.
