I'm using Speedfan, is that accurate? it's reading my Phenom II 720 BE at 3.4 GHz, 1.344 volt at:
idle 30C, load 45C (then again, i got load from running FSX, i don't feel like doing PRIME95...)

What temperature program is the most accurate out there?

k, will try...

But, does anyone know if the temps are accurate from program to program? like, is Coretemp as accurate as another similar program?

I don't know how the modern AMD sensors work, but Intel's all work by measuring the difference from a specific maximum value (usually 95 or 100C) to the current temp. The only differences between programs for Intel's are due to the fact that the specific max value is not known perfectly, so if one program uses 95C as the reference temp, and one uses 100C, the second will always read 5C higher than the first. I'm not sure if the same is true for AMD though.

I just installed the everest program, there is a lot of reporting info with it (plus if you want the full thing its $35 that sucks) but the temps that I get from Real temp, speedfan, and core temp are all within 2-3C of each other so I have not noticed any difference in temperatures
