Best Thermal Paste?

So it looks like my temps in my first loop are running high. I am likely going to take the water block off and clean the thermal paste and reapply when I drain the loop and add in a gpu. Any suggestions on what thermal paste to use? Or any advice on cleaning it? I haven't cleaned it off and started over before, but I think I might while I have the loop drained.

Clean with isopropyl alcohol, personally I have a kit from arctic silver which comes with 2 bottles of cleaner and arctic silver 5 paste,which I still swear by and after many years is still one of the best pastes out there. https://nerdtechy.com/best-thermal-paste-reviews

Ive also used Noctua NT-H1 which ive had great results with, just rcently ordered some more, I did buy some thermal Grizzly Hydro a few days ago as I ran out of my AS5, never again, that thermal grizzly is the worst paste ive ever used.

Going to get one of those two bottle kits. Makes sense. I've heard good things about the MX-4 too.

Noctua's paste is very high quality; the sube that comes with their sink is enough for 10 applications, or, more than enough for the lifetime of 3 cpus.....

I like Artic Silver 5 personally.. they are a lot similar to each other, depends on what your used to use and how you use it.

I brought 3 new ones last week after my AS5 ran out. Brought ic diamond 7, thermalright cf3 and noctua NT H1, I tested all 3 with both the spread method and pea method, the ic diamond 7 was the best of the 3, 2oC cooler than that noctua and 4oC cooler than the cf3.
