[SOLVED] Best tool to restore\flash freezing Android tablet's firmware ?

Hello, I'm trying to restore my friend's tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab E, SM-T560) to factory settings. I've tried everything from recovery mode but every time it comes up with an error message and it doesn't work.
Can anyone recommend best tool to flash Android tablet's firmware (preferably free) ?

Do a web search for the tablet model firmware. Most places that you can download one from would also have instructions on how to flash it using a computer. Note if the recovery fails, it may be a storage issue which would also make a full restore with a ROM image also not work.
