Best travel adapter and converter?

Hello all, I am hoping someone has had some experience with a truly all in one travel adapter. I am looking for these abilities if possible in a single unit:

1. Universal outlet usage (works in as many countries as possible)
2. Surge protection, possibly with replaceable fuse?
3. Voltage step down, 210v outlet and 110v appliance ready

I would like to get as much flexibility out of one of these units if possible, I would appreciate any recommendations!

So, you need a power adapter that is built-in several enough AC outlets, plug adapters for worldwide travel and surge protection? For me, I haven't seen such a universal travel adapter so far. For all-in-one travel adater, I have one from Bestek. The adapter is portable with built-in US/UK/EU/AU adapters and includes both AC outlets and USB ports. It supports universal 90v to 230v international voltage. We can say it is perfect for worldwide travel. But the problem is it is not surge protected as you wish. If you want a surge protector, I think you can get a travel adapter with extra plug adapters. But the problem is it will be bulkier.
