Hello, i´d like some advice.
My computer feels sluggish.
I´ve got Windows 8.1 in a 120 GB SSD Samsung EVO 850
I´ve got my Steam games in a 500 GB SSD Samsung EVO 850
All the other Stuff in a 1TB WD Blue HDD.

I think i shoul run a tune up utility but i dont know wich one is the best.

Thanks in advance.

I have not.
I used to run ccleaner.

It isn't clear that you have a problem. What would you want to change? Use your task manager to see what's running and if it's crap, uninstall it! When I am running a game I use task manager to turn off everything that isn't relevant or required.
Your hardware is good, so clearing out the crap ought to accomplish the task.
Try it and see/

ccleaner isn't the same, it will clean things for you of course thats what it's for. Samsung Magician tweaks the os to respect an SSD and not treat it like a HDD.

Ok, i did not know that.
Will try it out
thanks.

I've got plenty of space left. I´ve only got installed Windows 8.1, and Sony Vegas 13, and avast antivirus.

Since last windows updates, my system takes more than usual to start up.
Avast Antivirus keeps telling me that i´ve got unnecessary files and that my pc can be optimized.

I would be careful about automated optimizers and "tweaks"

You could use system restore to reset your system to a previous checkpoint when all was working well.

Look through your installed programs and uninstall anything that does not belong there.
If you see something you don't recognize, use google to find out more about it.

I suspect so on Intel builds too.
I uninstalled it.
A SSD is so good without "tweaks" that optimizations do not seem necessary.

For example disabling system restore, as suggested by some, will save ssd updates, but such a tweak disables a very valuable function.
Many "tweaks" were valid when ssd space was very costly, but not today.
