I just bought a Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 (Not sure what revision) and a Okinos Aqua 9 case. Case has 5 argb fans and a rgb strip on the PS cover. The fan controller has a SATA power cord that is plugged into the PS. It has a 3 pin rgb plug and a 3 pin fan plug. Fan plug is plugged into SysFan_1 and the RGB plug is plugged into DLED_2 header. The fans seem to work fine they speed up and slow down depending on the load, and the fan RGB are lit up but just doing a generic rainbow sequence. When I go into RGB Fusion 2.0 it sees the mobo and I can choose Digital RGB 2 to configure but when I make changes and apply nothing actually changes. What could I be doing wrong?

ARGB are 3pin connectors while RGB are 4pin connectors, to add, they both operate on different voltages.

If you're looking at the motherboard with the heatsinks at the top facing North/upwards, look at the bottom left hand corner of your motherboard to identify it's PCB revision. Following that, what BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and then manually installing it in an elevated command, assuming you're on Windows OS?

I did uninstall the RGB Fusion that in stalled at first start up with new mobo, and installed from Gigabyte website. I don't see a header specifically labeled ARGB like iv seen in some how to's, but the header does have 3 pins that match the plug. In the manual for the motherboard it labels two headers at the bottom as {RGB Fusion 2.0] on the board itself they are D_LED1 (3 pin header) and LED_C1 (4 pin header) cant use the 4 pin so plugged into D_LED1 and still nothing changes when I change settings in RGB Fusion

I didn't see the question about my BIOS version. I'll check the revision number and bios version after work and post.

So its a Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 (Revision 1.3) Motherboard. BIOS Version = FE, BIOS Date = 03/22/2024, BIOS ID = 8ARNR303. When I booted up today the color change pattern is different then last time it was running but RGB Fusion still has no effect on them still.
